Frequently asked questions
Where can I park near 75 Binney Street?
There is metered street parking on Binney Street and the surrounding Kendall Square blocks, plus several public garages within a short walk. Street parking is easiest on weekend mornings. Kendall/MIT on the Red Line is about a ten-minute walk.
Do you take walk-ins?
Little Luna is walk-in only and does not take reservations.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes, we have vegetarian options across the menu, including omelets, sandwiches and salads. Ask at the counter and we'll point you to what's available today.
Do you have gluten-sensitive options?
We have options that work for many gluten-sensitive guests. Please note we are not a gluten-free kitchen — we cannot guarantee against cross-contact. If you have celiac disease or a serious sensitivity, please tell us so we can walk you through the safest choices.
I have a food allergy. What should I do?
Please tell us before you order — speak to a team member at the counter, or mention it in the notes when ordering online. We'll go through the ingredients with you. We prepare food in a shared kitchen, so we can't guarantee an allergen-free environment, but we take allergies seriously and will always be straight with you about what we can and can't do safely.
Are kids welcome?
Absolutely. Families are a big part of our weekend mornings.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome on the patio when it's open. Service animals are welcome everywhere, always.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes — gift cards can be bought online through our Toast page, and they work at Little Luna.
Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?
We do. You can sign up for rewards through Toast, and check your balance there too. Links are in the footer of every page.
Do you cater? What is the delivery radius?
Catering for Little Luna is provided by Cafe Luna. We deliver to Cambridge and Boston. Tell us what you're looking for and a proposal is provided for approval before the order is confirmed.
Can you handle a large party?
At Little Luna, large groups are welcome but seating is first come, first served — we can't hold tables. For a reserved large party, Cafe Luna generally accommodates up to 8 people and can discuss bigger groups by email.
Something was wrong with my order. What now?
Something went wrong with your order? Tell us what happened and we'll work to make it right. Call the cafe, or use the Issue with an order option on our contact page and send us the details — order number and time if you have them. It goes straight to the management team.
